Set a clear starting point
Requirement discussion and a site survey establish the purpose of the project and the conditions in which the systems will operate. Existing equipment, access to work areas and coordination with other activities need to be understood before finalising the design. The solution and material plan then provide a basis for the proposal.
Coordinate installation and integration
After scope approval, implementation brings together installation, configuration and the agreed system connections. Projects involving CCTV, access control, IT infrastructure, networking or communication benefit from an agreed sequence so one system is not planned in isolation from another. Changes to the requirement should be reviewed against the agreed scope.
Complete the handover and discuss ongoing care
Testing and commissioning check the functions included in the project. Technical documentation and user training help the organisation take over routine operation. AMC or other support can be discussed for the installed systems, with coverage and responsibilities confirmed separately from the installation work.

It means the agreed project brings multiple delivery stages together. The proposal should identify the systems, materials, installation, testing and handover activities included for your particular requirement.
Can a turnkey project include later maintenance?
Maintenance can be planned alongside the project. AMC coverage, visits, support arrangements and any exclusions need to be recorded in the maintenance scope.
